2.After email, wait for our CONFIRMATION reply for payment method and item reservation. Its first pay, first serve basis, depending on the reservation status. We can hold item within 24hours AFTER getting the confirmation email. Otherwise, we will AUTOMATICALLY open to others, without your consent.

3.After made the payment, inform us by sms 017-6996620 or email us TOGETHER with the proof of payment either by take photo of the payment slip or printscreen the internet banking page for us to do some verification and security purpose.

Then, we will send the item within 1-3 days after the payment.

Normally, this is how we work:

Payment on Monday - Tuesday

Post on Wednesday.

Payment on Wednesday - Thursday

Post on Friday

Payment on Friday - Sunday

Post on Monday

4.We will send tracking number once we post it.You will be expecting the mail 1-7 working days(totally depending on pos malaysia)
